Gosh, if I go on any long I might as well have a running commentary on this book. Well, that ends Squee Post (#1)? Post #2 is a definite possibility… 'Cause I know the moment I get my physical copy I shall be rereading. Count on it.

Well, hello. It's been awhile (considering how often I usually post), hasn't it?

I'm still thinking about the tumblr move — even gone as far as to create the blog and write a thing or two in it. See, a lot has happened since my last update and the new factors cropping up are really what will affect my final decision...

I'm in college now. Can you believe that? I learned about the course on, say, Thursday. Four days later I'm in! Freakishly fast but terribly exciting. Also, I look forward all the time to telling extended family and other friends that I'm in college one year early, considering my age... [; Those are the perks m'dears! And not half of 'em, either. Before college I could hardly access the Internet through my iTouch because my house doesn't have wifi, but now that I'm going to class everyday I can do anything with it! And my mum's confiscated the house modem for a week too.

So here's the crunch: which blog app provides super easy posting? Why, tumblr, of course! Now, believe me when I say that I despise reblogging — single most unoriginal thing on the planet. Makes every tumblr site look disgustingly similar. Honestly, it hurts my eyes (and do not even get me started on the people who swear)! But if I could really blog my own thoughts and share my own pictures on tumblr, don't you think that would be just fantastic? Everything is so amazingly convenient! 

No ads!
No userpics (and therefore, no userpic limits)! 
No scrapbook limits! (I upload all of my updates's pictures on photobucket; imagine how troublesome uploading pictures from my iTouch would be >.<) I can just upload my pictures to tumblr straightaway. 

I dunno, it just sounds good to me. I've seen so many tumblr sites that actually make use of tumblr's awesome features, and they inspire me to no end. I want to be one of those different tumblogs. Quite exciting, just thinking of it.

On the other hand, I really am attached to my livejournal. Not to say I've had it for long (can't call two years long, can you?) but a lot that has gone on in my life for those two years is recorded in here. 

Oh well. I'll just fiddle around with tumblr for a few days and see how I like it. Then we shall see [:
